Our expertise includes the coating of a wide variety of metallic materials with both precious metals such as gold and silver, and with non-precious metals such as tin, electroless nickel, electrolytic nickel, and electrolytic copper. In addition to common base materials made of copper and copper alloys, aluminum, high-alloy steels, and special materials can also be coated with good adhesion. Furthermore, the passivating aftertreatment of silver in organic or inorganic form is offered.

New products and complicated part geometries have special requirements for the creation of electroplating racks and devices in order to deposit the required layer thickness even on unfavorable areas of the product. To this end, WIELAND works in close cooperation with regional and experienced rack manufacturers.
